This is one messed up business. I set up an appointment 3 months in advance (because that is how long it takes). I even got a reminder call for the appointment the morning of, and when I get there, guess what they tell me that I don't have an appointment that day. They refuse to give me service and send me away. Why did they even call me to verify the appointment if it didn't exist. This place has some serious organization issues. Avoid at all if possible.
Very professional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff on the surgery floor. Very accommodating for anxious waiting parents and children/youth patients. It made a difficult day as pleasant as possible.
