It's been a while since I have ventured here. We decided to give it another shot since I get emails every few days with deals and offers. Haven't been since they went back to how they were at the beginning. We get there around 6 and got right in. Skylar was our server. She was sweet, kind, and friendly. The wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger. I ordered the honey chipotle chicken on waffles. Both were much better than expected! The waffles are the kind with perl sugar in it.
We put our menus back to acknowledge we were ready and she didn't come back until 13min later. Was not crowded.
She came back again , I hadn't seen the new menu before so I still wasn't ready.
Will be going back again.
Wish the smothered burritos were still an option.
Horrible horrible to go food when you call it in... They were 25 min late and the food was Hella cold... Had to warm up food in microwave... Have you ever microwave flour tacos? Had to remove everything out of the taco and heat it up... If I wanted to spend time heating everything up I would have cooked...I called and spoke with the manager Craig and he did apologize. I requested the number of the district manager and had to call back Craig cause that district manager name and extension was not valid... What a coincident... Craig said he was going to send a gift card to compensate for the horrible meal.. We shall see.. If you don't mind heating up your food after you paid for fresh and hot... Just stay home and cook... Not worth the money or your time...
Fries could have been hotter but still good.
We just opened our menus and the waitress asked us what we wanted.
In general the food was good.
I stopped by here for a bowl of soup. The restaurant was almost empty except for 1 couple finishing their meal on the same side as me, and 2 other tables on the opposite side of the restaurant had couples. I sat for almost 15 min waiting for a server. I only saw 1 server helping the 2 tables on the opposite side. After almost 15 min I was going to get up and leave when a girl walked up from behind me. Have no idea where she'd been. She took my order and immediately took the order of a guy who'd just sat down. This guy got his order in 5 min while I continued waiting for a bowl of soup after 10 minutes. The server was rude, she slammed my water down so hard it splashed out. I will never go to this location again. Horrible customer service.
The smoked wings were so dry no amount of sauce would revive them.
I was here to celebrate my birthday and the service was terrible. The server took forever to get water refilled. We asked for a side of mayo and it never came. Asked again and it never came. They are not personable at all. I will NEVER come to this Chilis ever again! Terrible service!
Reccomend, not really.
