They were in the midst of a big Grand Reopening with lots going on and many many people there but they still have the extremest courtesy to come help me get a large trike out of my van and got right onto the work necessary. Love the complete and thorough explanation of what was needed to repair and get my 80 yr old neighbors trike back into working condition. They are the best

Awesome service. Took my bike in for a repair I thought was the bottom bracket was looking at $75. Bryan was the mechanic that helped me. He called me not long after dropping it off and said that it wasn't the bottom bracket but just needed some simple tweaks. Bike rides awesome and I really appreciate their integrity. They could have easily replaced the bottom bracket and made the simple tweaks and charged me but didn't.
