I opened a checking and savings account. I deposited money. Most bank will issue you a temp atm card until your actual atm card arrives. I was not issued one and was told they don't do that. Then I went to enroll in online banking and it said they had to verify my info and it would take 2-3 business days. What the heck! So at this point I have no access to my own money or see my money. This is stupid and makes me feel like I don't have control of my own money. This is not good customer service!
Its a no wonder why this has a 1 star rating customer service is outright horrible would never recommend and they are rude the manager didn't help at all. She came to the window and was very rude. Told me she was happy to not do business with me I have a 200 thousand dollar business I run and I was going to bring it here not anymore.
